How do I see who owes me money in Kontuly?

Applies to Kontuly 0.2 beta Updated

Open Aged Receivables in Kontuly from All reports under Receivables. It shows each customer's unpaid amount at the As at date, spread by how overdue it is: Current, 1–30 days, 31–60 days, 61–90 days and Over 90 days. Aged Payables, under Payables, does the same for what you owe suppliers.

  1. Open Aged Receivables (or Aged Payables).
  2. Set As at. It opens as at today; choose a past date to see what was owed then.
  3. Choose View. Summary shows one line per customer; Detail lists each unpaid invoice under its customer, such as "INV-0012 · due 15 Aug 2026".
  4. Click Export PDF or CSV to send or keep it.

What's included?

  • Approved, unpaid invoices (or bills), including GST. Drafts and void documents are left out.
  • Unapplied credit, such as a credit note not yet applied or refunded, shows as a negative amount in Current.
  • Payments dated on or before the as-at date only, so a past date gives a true past picture.
  • Foreign-currency documents at the value they were booked at.

The check at the bottom

It confirms the total agrees with the Accounts Receivable (or Accounts Payable) balance on the Balance Sheet. If it warns, see What does a warning sign on a report check mean?
